This Yoga class on Monday evening is perfect for a relaxed beginning of the week.
Here we practice sequences of Hatha Yoga in combination with different breathing exercises. Stretching exercises to achieve mobilization, stimulate blood circulation and strengthen joints, muscles and ligaments. The dynamics, time and intensity of those exercises vary every week and and at the same time they improve our body awareness and concentration.
A relaxing balance will be achieved through the sequences and the nice atmosphere in the studio. The class ends with meditation exercises and relaxation (lying). Beginners can also take part in this class.
